Are you wanting a new and exciting role to start or grow your career within the Marlborough Wine industry? We now have an opportunity to join our team and we are seeking staff who bring a range of skills, from entry level to Machine Operators. We would like to hire staff who are motivated to upskill and grow within our team and business.

While looking for entry level, we are also looking for a step above entry level, so previous experience in a manufacturing environment would be advantageous. Most importantly, we are looking for someone with a great attitude, who works well in an existing team and is eager to learn, upskill and develop a career in the Wine Industry.

Our bottling lines are largely automated, so we are looking for operators who can work in a fast-paced industry who have great trouble shooting skills. Previous experience operating packaging line machines is ideal, however not essential as long as you have some mechanical aptitude. Above all else - we are looking for the right attitude to be the perfect fit for our team.

**Are you able to**:

- Follow instructions, both written and verbal
- Be self-motivated, reliable and work unsupervised
- Work in a busy, fast changing environment
- Identify errors in written form - Show great attention to detail

- A starting rate of $24.00 per hour with an additional $4/hr nightshift allowance (negotiable depending on experience)
