What you’ll do
As Customer Partnerships Lead at Datacom, you will work with our clients to develop and maintain strategic partnerships aimed at driving growth and success. You will be part of a company that believes in exploring new possibilities to solve technological challenges across the world, while remaining truly local at heart. Our cutting-edge work with the latest projects is what sets us apart, and we need someone who is passionate about IT solutions and ready to push boundaries with us.
**Responsibilities**:
- Strategic planning and execution of acquisition for new customers in your value creation role
- Focused on new customer acquisition and the exceptional growth (white space) within our existing and new customer portfolio
- Net new customers into Datacom’s portfolio, that positively contribute to our revenue and margin performance.
- Execution of significant new business opportunities within your customer portfolio in your value realisation role.
- Conducting product demonstrations (where applicable) and coordinating the preparation of sales proposals, tenders/bids, and contracts.
- Account planning and consultation and collaboration across the lines of business, including regular structured internal communication.
- Development of the Account Management plan, encompassing vision and aspirational goal setting, along with customer specific strategies that deliver value & drive Datacom business growth.
- Identify and contribute to the development / creation of new services for your customer portfolio and Datacom objectives
**Collaborate with wider Datacom to deliver**:
- Development of a customer portfolio strategy that will deliver growth & profitability.
- Focus on excellent service delivery for contracted services and incremental growth along with identification of significant business opportunities within your client base.
- Lead and manage the team in the execution of the account plan and objectives and provide regular periodic updates on progress to plan.
Engage with the local ecosystem and our customers to develop opportunities and support others who are doing the same. Support our customer focused professionals to reshape and reorient Datacom’s customer relationships to a relationship based on the creation of customer value at every opportunity, growing a quality opportunity pipeline effectively and extensively.
