If you have a deep understanding and appreciation for the digital and social landscape, along with a love of music, this job is for you. Your role will be to curate high-quality, on-brand video content for digital channels, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and YouTube. You will be a very organised and self-sufficient and you will live and breath content creation to develop captivating and engaging videos. **What you'll do**: - Content Creation:_ - Develop, create and curate the production of high-quality content, including print, video, digital, mobile, and social media executions and campaign release collateral. - Facilitate the creative process and generate ideas for creating engaging and relevant content based on target audience and business objectives. - Content Strategy:_ - Lead creative direction and collaborate with marketing teams and stakeholders to define content strategies aligned with brand goals and objectives. - Conduct content audits and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for improvement. - Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to inform content strategy. - Multimedia Production:_ - Create and edit multimedia content, including videos, motion, and graphics, using various software and tools. - Manage the production process, including scripting, shooting, editing, and post-production tasks. - Content Distribution:_ - Analytics and Performance Tracking:_ - Monitor content performance using analytics tools to assess engagement, reach, and conversions. - Use data insights to refine content strategies and improve results. - Brand Consistency:_ - Ensure that all content aligns with the brand's voice, style, and messaging guidelines. - Maintain brand consistency across all platforms and channels. - Content Calendar and Scheduling:_ - Develop and maintain a content calendars for relevant artist to plan and schedule content releases. - Ensure the creative work is delivered on time, to the required level of quality, and within the estimated budget agreed with various stakeholders. - Continuous Learning:_ - Stay updated on emerging content trends, digital marketing techniques, and industry developments. - Experiment with new formats and channels to enhance content effectiveness **What you'll bring** - Extensive experience in creative content services preferably in music or entertainment industry. - Thorough understanding of how the various technologies that drive music consumption work and how to use them to create content and drive audience/fan engagement. - Expert social understanding and breadth across networks and platforms - a clear understanding of best practice for content on each platform and for different audiences. - Expert user of content creation software, as well as in-app creation tools on TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, etc. - Expert in graphic design and editing software including Canva, Photoshop, Premiere, and After Effects. - Camera and lighting operation - Ability to articulate an idea or point of view verbally or in writing succinctly, with clarity and confidence, adapting the message to different audiences. - Have a "can-do" attitude and see obstacles as opportunities to find alternative ways to do things and grow, demonstrating resourcefulness and flexibility - Eye for detail and great design / photography skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. - Editorial/journalist/creator experience not essential but a plus. - Enthusiast of keeping educated and up to date with trends and innovation in the social media ecosystem. - Passionate about the music and entertainment business and desire to build a creative career in the industry. **What we offer**: Passionate about our people, we provide some great opportunities for our team members to embrace, some of these on offer: - You'll join an inclusive, collaborative and passionate global community where you can fuel the creative journey and make a difference. - Flexible working (in office or from home). - Company supported Private Health Insurance and Income protection/TPD cover through superannuation. -
