At the heart of everything we do is one purpose - to create great ideas across all channels that put the Woolworths customer first. **The Opportunity** The Social Creative will deliver brilliant social ideas for Woolworths. You will be creating ideas and campaigns for audiences all across New Zealand. This role will involve experience in everything required to deliver a social campaign: understanding social trends/industry, social strategy, concepting social ideas (design) and capturing bespoke content (creation). You live and breathe social and will be responsible for concepting, writing, creating, designing, producing social-first ideas that will deliver results. **A Snapshot Of What You'll Do** - Collaborate with Strategists to conduct research and analysis into identified target audiences, social media trends, and competitive landscape, ensuring social strategies are tailored for success. - Concept and create social-first ideas for integrated campaigns and standalone social media opportunities across paid and organic, ensuring they are fit for platform and on-brand. - Present social specific plans and social recommendations to internal teams and clients. - Act as a social media specialist internally and in front of clients to ensure that content is relevant to the brands and aligns with social best practices and trends. - Assist in influencer strategies and creative output. - Plan shoots with the Production Team, prepare treatments and shot lists, attend shoots and assist the Director, capture own content and deliver bespoke motion content in support of social concepts, as needed. - Capture BTS footage for case study videos or awards videos. - Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging social media platforms, identifying new opportunities to reach and engage our audience. - Plus much more **Your Ideal Experience** - 2+ years of experience in social-first content creation - Excellent knowledge of advertising principles within current and emerging social platforms - High level of craft skills, delivering professional, high quality social native concepts and motion content - Creative thinker, able to create stunning content against tight deadlines if required; able to brief others to do the same and manage to ensure outcome of a high standard - Passionate about all things social, influencer marketing and content - Plugged into culture - knows what’s hot and what’s not (sport, music, lifestyle) **M&C Saatchi Group Ambition** As part of the M&C Saatchi Group we come together to realise BIG AMBITIONS.
