Conveniently located close to public transport links, and offering hybrid working, this is a 3month contract role with the potential to go permanent.
**The Role**
In this sole charge accounts receivable position, you will have the opportunity to make the role your own. Working collaboratively is key in this position and while it is sole charge, you will be a key member of the team and work with stakeholders throughout the business.
Your task list will include:
- Generating a daily WIP report to manage the billing cycle
- Liaising with multiple stakeholders for authorisation of invoices
- Creating, managing, and sending invoices to clientele
- Daily allocations and reconciliations of payments.
- Bank reconciliations
- Assisting with follow ups of overdue payments.
- Managing queries and investigations of billing issues.
- Sending monthly statements.
- Ad hoc duties.
**Skills & Experience**
To be considered for this position you proven experience in an end-to-end accounts receivable role. You will be process driven and be comfortable working as part of a wider team and liaising internally in with other teams.
You will have a high level of attention to detail and be technically savvy. You will have the ability to pick up systems quickly and have intermediate excel level and excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
