**Te Whiwhinga mahi | The opportunity**

We’re expanding our HR team with this new leadership opportunity, to enable us to continue to focus on delivering quality HR support. This role can be based in either Wellington or Auckland.

It’s a hands-on leadership role, where you will manage and support a small team of Junior HR Advisors, ensuring the delivery of key HR processes and the resolution of manager/ kaimahi queries.

This role will have a strong focus on refining, improving and embedding processes, and will also play a key part in supporting annual HR processes.

You’ll have solid HR background and through your experience coaching and/or mentoring junior HR team members developed a passion for people leadership. Getting the employment basics right and delivering quality customer service are things that are really important to you.

You enjoy utilising your strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to understand and address HR process issues and identify solutions, ensuring there is always a continuous improvements focus within the team.
