In this role, you will have overall responsibility for the leadership and performance of a large team of Mobile Home Ownership Managers; leading them to achieve quality home loan growth, management of operational and credit risks and with the ultimate goal of ensuring the delivery of outstanding customer outcomes. **Ngā mea kia whai angitū ahau? | What do I need to be successful?** First and foremost, you will be a highly experienced and passionate people leader who knows how to get the best from your team through your proven capability of effective leadership, coaching, developing and mentoring. You will have significant experience in home lending and at establishing relationships within the industry and key internal stakeholders, along with strong business development and negotiation skills which will ensure you and your team drive business success and successful outcomes for our customers. This is a key senior leadership role, therefore you will have a sound ability to formulate and execute business plans, a solid understanding of credit and operational risk, and relevant business experience.
