**Te whiwhinga mahi | The Opportunity**
The primary function of this role is to provide administrative support to the Integrated Cancer Services programme to manage programme timelines and activities in delivering the desired benefits.
The main purpose of the role is to:
- Support co-ordination of programme management activities associated with Integrated Cancer Services Programme and projects within the scope of the programme
- Provide admin support for management of stakeholders and programme deliverables engaging personnel from across the business and external stakeholders
- Maintain programme documentation, ensure accurate records, facilitate communication

**Nga Pūkenga Motuhake | Important Skills**
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Programme/Project Co-Ordinator
- Understanding of Project Management principles
- Good knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Project co-ordination certification and Prince 2 or MSP Foundation Certificate
- Able to communicate confidently and build good work relationships
- Can work well with management and provide support to the project team
