**Employment type: Permanent Full-Time**
**Minimum guaranteed hours of work Per week: 30**
**Days Required: Monday to Sunday (flexible hours)**
**Hourly rate: Between $24.00- $25.00 per hour**

We are currently looking for a hard-working, customer-oriented shop assistant to ensure the smooth running of our operations. Reliability and right attitude are key to succeeding in this role. You should be hard working, energetic and willing to go the extra mile to achieve results for our customers.

Your duties will include but not limited to:

- To Assist in the day-to-day running of the shop
- Meet and Greet customers
- Handing out of drink menus
- Take orders while paying attention to details (preferences of coffee blend, dairy and sugar ratios)
- Assist with customer purchases, price enquiries and special orders
- Prepare beverages following recipes
- Serve beverages
- Receive and process payments (Eftpos and credit cards)
- Keeping the shop and displays clean and tidy at all times.
- Maintain stock of clean mugs and plates
- Receiving deliveries, unpacking and re-shelving or storing stock
- Assisting with regular stock checks
- Being vigilant at all times and to help minimise stock loss.
- Check if brewing equipment operates properly and report any maintenance needs
- Comply with health and safety regulations
- Communicate customer feedback to managers and recommend new menu items
- Performing end-of-day cleaning duties
- Maintain the cleanliness of the store
- A positive attitude with ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure.
- Available to work on weekends, and public holidays.
- Able to start early and finish late shifts when required.
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Be a physically fit, hardworking, and reliable person with great attention to detail
- A passion for providing excellent customer service and always putting the customer first
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision and accuracy
- Be able to Follow safety procedures and guidelines to ensure a safe work environment
- Committed and reliable
- Time management skills and ability to work unsupervised
- Enjoy coming to work and willing to be part of a team.
- No Criminal Record and able to clear the drug test
