We are looking for Retail Shop Assistant in our busy Auckland Panmure busy store.

Our store operates seven days including all public holidays with busiest LOTTO services. The role as Retail shop assistant requires below abilities and skills.
- Ensure the customer service and product quality at highest level.
- Independently manage all the departments of the store. This departments includes but not limited to all dairy, grocery, frozen, drinks, smokes.
- Stock fill and maintain all the inventory of the stock. Enter all the data in the system.
- Assist in managing stock levels and making key decisions about stock control and pricing, including implementing stock control systems, stock tracking, purchasing.
- Prepare the shift report and sent it to manager and director.
- Actively do promotion and advertising the products.
- Maintain cleanliness in the store at all the time. Remove all the rubbish and mop in the store during closing shift.
- Resolve customer complaints and enquiries. Inform manager if there are any critical issues.
- Ensure the health and safety protocol are adhered to.
- Maintain the stability and reputation of the store by complying with all legal requirements.

**Skill Requirement**
- Should be able to handle the store independently and effectively.
- Good computer skill in excel to prepare the reports and promotion for store development.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skill.
- Must be able to work I flexible shift including weekends and public holidays.

**Working condition**:
Any other related task may be allocated from time to time as assigned by the employer/owner in writing.

No qualification or work experience required; we will provide all the necessary training. It is a Full-time role working between 30 to 40 hours per week.

You will be committed and turn up to work on time unless they have a reasonable excuse.

We are more than happy to provide all the training can be provided to the right person.
