We are looking for a fun, confident and hard-working customer service professional to join our dynamic team who are that important first point of contact for all Council enquiries.
Your main goal will be to ensure clients receive superior customer service by solving problems and promptly processing inquiries. You will be effective at anticipating the needs of customers and delivering timely and high quality services.
As this role is primarily based in the Contact Centre, clear and concise verbal communication skills are essential. In addition, you will have previous administration experience and possess exceptional customer service skills, along with strong computer skills, the ability to multi-task, a fantastic telephone manner and a demonstrated use of initiative. You'll be comfortable relating to all types of people, and using your communication skills to build rapport with both internal and external customers. Above all, you will have a customer service ethic that is second to none.
Additional qualities we are looking for include enthusiasm, the ability to remain calm under pressure, professional integrity and a good sense of humour
