From your favourite drink to most loved snack, their ingredients are used by some of the worlds most iconic food and beverage brands. Cedenco are currently seeking their next Maintenance Coordinator to manage their Gisborne sites Engineering Team. They pride themselves on sustainable practices, so it is essential for the Engineering Team to ensure that plant and equipment is in optimum operational condition.

**Key responsibilities of the Maintenance Coordinator include but are not limited to**:

- Ensuring the completion of repairs and servicing of equipment
- Ensuring al rostered preventative duties are completed as scheduled
- Oversight of all machinery breakdowns and ensuring all repairs are handled efficiently
- Assisting the Engineering Manager with Engineering Inventory Management
- Assisting with plant breakdowns and R&M
- Assisting the Engineering Manager with preparation of R&M budget.

**What were looking for, someone with the following qualification, experience and skills**:

- Tertiary Qualification in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
- At least 3 years experience in a maintenance management role or looking to make a step towards a maintenance management role
- Experience working in a large manufacturing or food processing facility (desired)
- Proven experience in planning maintenance operations
- Excellent communication and people skills with proven leadership experience
- A passion for technology with an innovation focus

Minimum guaranteed hours of work is 40 hours per week with a minimum annual salary of $101,000 and maximum of $125,000.
