As a Showroom Assistant at CARTERS Madras St
- Christchurch, you'll be a service superstar known for your great retail sales skills, initiative and willingness to lend a hand. No two days are the same at our branch, so you'll be quick to change pace and thrive on the potential to continually learn and develop your skills.

You'll have a range of duties - so expect to:

- Provide product advice to supplier sales representatives and tradies alike
- Arrange quotes/pricing information for new and existing customers
- Maintain showroom stock levels, identify gaps from store shelves & update product displays
- Work closely with other areas of the business including the yard, despatch and inventory

KEEN TO NAIL THIS? The foundations to this role will see you demonstrating the below skill set:

- People skills, people skills, people skills With a genuine interest in talking to customers, building relationships, providing information and solving problems
- Confidence using a computer and learning a new system
- Retail background with an understanding of how a showroom environment works
