We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Representative to join our Southern hub located in our Christchurch branch, proving excellent support and service to our customers.

**He angitūtanga: The opportunity**

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be providing excellent service to Team Global Express customers by responding to enquiries through various support channels. Reporting to our fantastic Customer Service Team Leader you will also be responsible for;
- Supporting and liaising with our internal/external customers
- Develop and maintain strong internal/external customer relationships
- Be involved in any process improvements to raise quality and service
- Proactively identify and inform customers of any network delays
- Resolving customer queries in a timely and professional manner
- Recording all inbound and outbound correspondence with customers

**He kōrero mōu: About you**

We are looking for a driven individual who can work in a team environment, contributing to the success of Team Global Express. You will have demonstrated attention to detail with the ability to prioritise and multitask. Additionally, you will have:

- A minimum of one year experience in a similar customer facing role
- Time management and organisational skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Must have a positive and cooperative attitude towards customers and other employees
- Demonstrable problem-solving skills
- Good computer literacy and data entry skills
- Experience with OnTime, Genesys Purecloud and / or Salesforce would be beneficial
