We’re on the hunt for some Customer Service Representatives to invest their passion on the daily. You’ll assist with the the store’s day to day operations, look after a team of high energy staff, create exceptional customer service, manage operational processes and of course, the burgers

Your key responsibilities will be to:

- Take orders from customers
- Prepare food items and serve customers
- Take payment and provide balance to customers
- Assist customers with any queries regarding products
- Resolve any complaints and if needed, escalate to 2IC or store manager
- Ensure product wastage is managed well
- operating the cash register to administer the store's financial transaction system
- assist customer with order kiosks
- ensure the kitchen area, washrooms and store is always clean and tidy
- practice health & safety and hygiene at all times

perform any other tasks as required by the manager

Key Requirements:

- You will have at least 1 year of relevant work experience.
- Be able to work long hours, weekends and during public holidays as required.
- Able to pass a police check and drugs tests if necessary.
- You will be given 30 hours minimum guaranteed hours per week. Remuneration will be $25.00per hour depending on experience
