Key Responsibilities Include:

- Provide Superior Customer Experience to our customers.Resolve all Customer Queries and Follow Established Procedures as Appropriate.
- Highlight Issues through Feedback and Recommend Changes in Workflows, Procedures, Service Levels, Based on Customer Demands
- To Meet Their Needs and Ensure Quality Service is given at all times.
- Adherence to Quality and Compliance Guidelines.
Qualifications:

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- The ability to maintain an organized physical and digital workspace.
- Above-average computer skills, including familiarity with the Microsoft Office Suite.
- The ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent problem solving and time management skills.
- The ability to calculate measurements in inches and feet.
- The ability to calculate discounts and percentages.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $48,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
