**The Opportunity**
Due to an internal promotion, we're looking for a driven and commercially minded **Key Account Manager** based in Christchurch.
In this role, you will support the **Foodstuffs South Island** account, driving business development, strengthening partnerships, and delivering exceptional results across some of New Zealand's most iconic FMCG brands.
**What You'll Do**
- **Drive strategic growth**:
- lead Joint Business Plans, execute promotional programs, and identify new opportunities across your GF portfolio.
- **Deliver results** - achieve volume and margin targets, optimise trade investment, and manage financial performance across the account.
- **Lead collaboration** - partner closely with category and customer teams to deliver innovation, NPD, and exceptional in-store execution.
- **Use insights to win** - turn data into strategy, driving performance and smarter decision-making.
- **Champion our culture** - role model our values, foster collaboration, and always put safety first.
**About You**
You're an experienced FMCG professional who thrives on challenge, builds strong relationships, and delivers commercial impact.
**You'll bring**:
- Proven Key Account Management experience in FMCG.
- Foodstuffs or WWNZ exposure is highly desirable.
- Sharp commercial acumen and strong understanding of P&L and financial drivers.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong data capability - experience with tools like Nielsen, Tableau, Dunnhumby or SAP is an advantage.
- A positive, energetic mindset and a passion for collaboration and results.
