Key Responsibilities:

- Assess tender risks and opportunities, ensuring they are well-documented and addressed in the estimating process
- Deliver accurate, competitive pricing for assigned tenders, ensuring estimates reflect the project scope, risks, and opportunitiesChampion a culture of Zero Harm by supporting health, safety, environmental, and sustainability initiatives

**Nga pūkenga matua | Important Skills
- A tertiary qualification in Quantity Surveying or Engineering, with at least 10 years of construction industry experience, including 10 years in estimating
- Proven success in delivering accurate and competitive estimates for large-scale infrastructure projects
- Strong commercial and financial acumen with experience in risk analysis and tender reviewsA result - oriented mindset with strong emotional intelligence and a focus on continuous improvement
