**About the Role**

An exciting opportunity has opened for a **Lead Veterinary Receptionist / Client Care Coordinator** to join our Front of House team.

This **full-time role** offers the chance to take ownership of our client experience and lead the front desk with warmth, professionalism, and confidence.

You’ll be the **welcoming face of the clinic**, ensuring every client and patient receives an exceptional level of care from the moment they walk through the door.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a busy, people-focused environment and takes pride in creating a calm, organised, and positive space — even on the most hectic days

**What You’ll Bring**

You’ll have:

- A professional, polished, and friendly manner
- Excellent communication and multitasking skills
- Attention to detail and accountability in cash and stock handling
- A collaborative, team-focused mindset
- Compassion and empathy — for people and pets alike

**Essential Skills**
- Strong administration and data entry skills
- Previous customer service / reception / administration experience
- Sales and retail confidence for front-of-house displays and product recommendations
- Initiative, ownership, and reliability
- Team player who enjoys supporting others

**Desired Skills**
- Previous **veterinary or medical reception** experience
- Experience with **ezyVet software**:

- Familiarity with **Microsoft Office Suite** and **Xero**
