**About the Role**
**About the Team/Service/ Location**
You will be joining a passionate and committed Community and Whanau Wellbeing team that is committed to improving immunisation outcomes for the people we serve. We are dedicated and driven to achieve Pae Ora (healthy futures for all) by engaging with the wider determinants that impact people's health, focusing on oranga/wellbeing, prevention, protection, and population-level intervention. We are connected across boundaries to deliver public health services that are nationally planned, regionally delivered and locally tailored.
**About you**
- A relevant graduate and post-graduate qualification
- Experience in implementing Te Tiriti o Waitangi in action
- Current Nursing annual practising certificate (without restrictions)
- Current unrestricted drivers licence
- A current whole of life vaccinator
- Experience working collaboratively and across the health sector in a public health related role
- Experience in practice development and quality improvement strategies
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, facilitation and coaching skills
- Desired:
- Experience working in a regional health service
- Expert level PDRP or Huarahi Whakatū
