**MŌ TĒNEI TŪRANGA MAHI - ABOUT THE ROLE**
We are looking for a part time Communications Advisor, to be based in our National Office in Wellington. This role is 25 hours per week to be worked across Monday to Friday.
The Communication Advisor provides communication support, writes and develops content across our Sexual Wellbeing Aotearoa and DECIDE website platforms and creates a range of internal and general communications. Our websites are built on an Umbraco platform, so experience in this or similar programmes is desirable.
Sexual and Reproductive health can be a challenging area to work in, and you will have an opportunity to create content designed to inform, support and engage our diverse audiences.
**We would love to consider you for the role if you have the following**:
- Experienced with Umbraco or similar platform (desirable)
- Demonstrated technical knowledge and understanding of communications theory and practice.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills - ability to work with staff across the organisation.
- Ability to plan, priorities and manage own time and workload.
- A high level of computer literacy.
- Ability to work and respond under pressure.
- Communication/public relations/media training preferred.
