**The Opportunity**:
Due to an internal promotion, we are looking for a Product Support Systems Administrator to work in our product support team. This role's primary objective is to provide administration for our technical/product support and warranty systems. This includes compiling warranty information and managing contract systems, ICT systems, machine databases, and internal programs. Other duties include:

- Contract Management: Responsible for daily management of the Rmcare system, handling contract information, monthly billing for contract machines, and liaising with customers regarding rate reviews.
- Administrative Support: Provides administrative support for warranty field campaigns, including tracking factory parts return requests, ensuring timely completion of field campaigns, and generating reports for stakeholders.
- Customer Communication: Collaborates with service partners and communicates with customers for warranty and contract matters, including providing quotes, addressing issues, and obtaining feedback on quotes and services performed.

**Role Located**: Auckland or Christchurch Branch

**Your Knowledge, Skills and Abilities**:

- Strong Excel and other MS Office skills in Microsoft Dynamics (preferred)
- High-level attention to detail and proven data entry accuracy and integrity
- Strong interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to communicate with personnel at all levels
- Ability to work autonomously as well as being a team player.
