**Who are we**
Care on Call (NZ) Limited and Florence Nightingale Agency (along with Medvacc and Medcall) form our services nationwide. This includes providing homecare, flexible disability supports, specialist nursing and clinical input, wound care, vaccinations, temp/agency healthcare staffing.

**All about the role**
Led by an experienced, dedicated Registered Nurse Clinical Lead, this team is focused on the provision of excellence in care and services and meeting (and exceeding) the expecations and needs of our clients, their family/whānau. Our team are warm, kind, skilled and along with our current administrator, we are looking for a new part time team member to be an integral part of this important service.

Based in our Florence Nightingale Invercargill office, this is a full time role reporting to the Group Clinical Manager.

Ideally Monday to Friday 8.30 to 5pm or similar.

The purpose of the role is to provide administration and coordination support for the nursing unit across the group. To engage with funders, referral agencies, clients, family/whānau and nursing staff to ensure high quality handling of referrals and scheduling of client care and smooth running of the clinical services. This will involve the successful person calling and talking with clients, managing spreadsheets, accuracy in data entry and excellent in customer service (internal and external).
