Digital Marketing Manager

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Develop and implement innovative digital marketing strategies to achieve client objectives and drive business growth.
2. Lead a team of digital marketing specialists, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure campaign success.
3. Collaborate with clients to understand their business goals and develop customized digital marketing solutions.
4. Oversee the creation of high-quality content across various digital platforms, ensuring consistency and alignment with brand messaging.
5. Manage social media accounts, including content scheduling, audience engagement, and performance analysis.
6. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for campaign optimization and strategic refinement.
7. Track and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
8. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, continuously seeking opportunities to innovate and enhance campaign effectiveness.

**Skills and Experience**:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on strategy development and campaign management.
- Demonstrated success in leading digital marketing teams and driving results-oriented campaigns.
- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, tools, and techniques.
- Proficiency in social media management tools, analytics platforms, and content creation software.
- Relevant certifications such as Google Digital Marketing, HubSpot, or equivalent are desirable.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $75,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
