Servicing the trade with a superior product range, the business works in the residential sector across all sizes of customers, from large building companies to smaller independent builders.

**About the role**
- Acquisition and strategic management of increasing spend through existing channels as well as developing profitable and competitive value propositions.
- Maximising profit through both new and existing customers
- Build strong and long-lasting relationships with your customers
- Seek out, secure and develop new business in your region
- Provide product advice, communicate availability, make recommendations for various jobs
- Work closely with the Managing Director and General Manager to implement strategy
- Become the 'go-to' problem solver for all of your customers

**About you**
- You are an experienced salesperson with proven experience exceeding sales targets
- Ideally, you will have experience in the construction industry - Builders wanting to come off the tools and kick off their career in sales are also welcome to apply
- You are able to build and maintain strong relationships with staff at all levels of an organisation
- You are comfortable hunting and developing new business
- You are proactive, driven and happy to work autonomously
- You are a go-getter who is methodical, level-headed and has a solution-focused approach
