**About the role**:
The Product Owner-Service Management is accountable for the full lifecycle of the product set, managing design, strategy, build and run, ensuring that the product set delivers to the strategic and operational requirements of SkyCity. Overall the Product Owner is responsible for maximising the value of the product.

**A bit about you**:
To be successful you'll have previous Product Owner experience, with a knowledge of ITIL being essential. You'll be able to manage non-direct reports and vendors as well as strong project management and team facilitation skills. You'll have demonstrated experience in ICT support / management in a large diverse organisation as well as an ability to leverage strong relationships with key stakeholders. Having worked in an Agile environment in the past is preferred; however, not essential.
