Product Owner: Enterprise Systems Delivery (Contract)

The Role and Opportunity

Join a large-scale enterprise undergoing a significant Agile transformation. We need a seasoned, contractor-ready Product Owner to immediately drive the implementation and management of a Group's critical core business systems.

This is a senior, high-impact role requiring you to deliver immediate clarity and execution momentum. You will act as the crucial link, cutting through complexity with multiple vendors and stakeholders to maintain laser focus on delivery and rally teams under pressure.

Core Focus

  • Own and relentlessly prioritize the backlog (Epics, Features, Stories) as the single source of truth.
  • Establish and communicate the product roadmap aligned with strategic goals.
  • Maximize business value through effective backlog management and stakeholder engagement.
  • Partner with Delivery Leads, providing the 'What' and 'Why' to guide the Agile Release Train (ART).

What You'll Bring

  • We need a proven expert with significant history as a Product Owner/Manager in complex enterprise environments.
  • Direct experience managing the implementation of large-scale corporate application systems is highly desired.
  • A demonstrable ability to quickly step in, establish direction, and gain alignment from diverse groups.
  • Deep practical knowledge of Agile frameworks and exceptional communication skills.
