**About the Role**

We are seeking an Education Shift Leader to join the Guest Experience team. Reporting to the Education Manager this full time role will see you implementing, developing and delivering education programs and supporting Education team products.

Responsibilities include:

- Ensuring the efficient functioning of daily operation for Education/Guest Experience team
- Maximising booking opportunities by managing an excellent booking experience
- Recruit, induct, train and lead Education team members
- Regularly act as a duty manager for the attraction
- Developing, organizing and delivering educational programs for a range of school students and supervising and delivering work experience and holiday programs

***About You**

You are an outstanding communicator, who is confident yet approachable, and are able to use your knowledge and expertise to lead the team to achieve set targets and KPI's. Your ability to multi-task and have a flexible and adaptable approach along with the ability to meet deadlines and have demonstrated planning, organisational and time management skills are desired.

Experience within education is highly desirable and you must have the ability to obtain a WWCC.
