**Quality & Process Improvement Manager**

**The role**:**
As Quality & Process Improvement Manager you will work collaboratively in partnership with the Business and the People & Capability Team in the delivery of improvements to process and to enhance the overall business performance of both our individual Projects and HEB Construction as a whole.

You will provide support to our Quality management staff on Projects through assisting with the quality framework being applied in our projects and ensuring all quality requirements are maintained throughout the duration of our projects in accordance with ISO 9001.

**The role will**:

- Provide for, and enhance, communication of quality and process improvement.
- Promote and deploy business / initiatives for process improvement together with tools across the business plus build capability
- Enhance knowledge sharing while coaching and mentoring staff
- Work closely with Environmental and Safety Teams to create beneficial internal audits that focus on improvement and innovation
- Collaborate with Environmental and Safety Teams as a connection point for the business for all external audits and lead our internal audit programme
- Be able to work closely with both internal and external customers and clients.
- Be able to thoroughly, credibly, and systematically approach quality assurance and business improvement challenges to identify the root cause of any performance problems/issues and identify any opportunities for improvement
- Be able to work with that in a variety of business and physical environments with a view to finding solutions
Be able to relate and bring authentic and genuine levels of interest and communication to all interactions within the business, to all levels within the business, and to all clients
- Hold bachelor's level qualification in Engineering, Science, Business Management, Commerce, Economics or equivalent qualification
- Have 5 years' Project related experience in a quality assurance related role
- Preferably familiar with software platforms such as MSProject, MSExcel, PowerBI and M-Files
