This organization is a market leader, with a strong and trusted brand. They are a well-known and respected business that provides high-quality service to its customers as well as having a grounded, great culture that supports a flexible working environment. They are on the cusp of new system implementation and as such need to get their house in order.
What they need is someone who can come in and hit the ground running. You will be cleaning up their processes of authorising invoices from their providers, who submit their invoices for tasks carried out via a bespoke system. The skill set required is a specialist in accounts payable, but there will also be an element of troubleshooting and a process improvement focussed required. Fantastic communication and interpersonal skills are without question and you will enjoy visibly seeing that you are making a difference to the business.
You will bring energy and a willingness to be a part of a team with a great collaborative culture. You are able to communicate with a wide range of people across an organization and aren’t too concerned with a job description as you have the big picture in mind.
