**Job Description**:
Our Services team members are experts in trading services across both retail & commercial customers, ensuring services are fulfilled to our customer successfully.

We have a dedicated team across the country who drive the sales performance of our In-Home Consultation portfolio: a service which provides bespoke technology and appliances recommendations and advice for our customers. As the Associate Product Manager, your primary role is to maximize the performance and trading outcomes of the In-Home Consultation portfolio across The Warehouse Group. You will drive both the Regional Chapter Leads & Store Managers on performance of In-Home Consultation and ensure they are supported and have the tools to deliver what is required.

Your input to the In-Home Consultation portfolio will be significant as you manage the lifecycle of the service - from setting the strategy and roadmap to supporting the nationwide team in their day to day roles and developing capability within our stores to being the first point of contact with our related supplier partners. You will work cross functionally with our Merchandise, Operations and Marketing and wider services team to maximize the input of the channel.

Quick Snapshot of the role:

- Managing day to day trading performance of the portfolio
- Conducting regular strategic reviews of current portfolio
- Marketing & promo execution across multiple sales channels
- Owning the 12 month product roadmap & strategising for future growth across the group
- Building relationships across the Group to drive continuous improvement and value of the portfolio

**Qualifications**:
To really succeed in this role, we are ideally looking for someone that has operations experience within the retail industry. You’ll need to be versatile and confident in every commercial aspect, looking at what our customers want, having an intimate knowledge of the market and what our competitors are doing. You will also be someone who excels in communication, influencing, stakeholder management and be capable of building relationships at all levels.

Our Agile structure and ways of working will see you extensively work cross functionally hence your collaboration skills will be top notch, coupled with the customer centric lense and approach you bring to work everyday. You will have an owners mindset and be comfortable and confident to test, learn and run with your ideas and have a desire to develop them together with others.
