GURU KIRPA ENTERPRISE LIMITED T/A Paradise Movers is looking for one-1 Office Assistant on a full time permanent positions with minimum 30 hours guaranteed in Auckland region. The employer may offer extra hours as required. We offer hourly wage rates from $29.00 to $32.00 depending upon experience.

You will be responsible for providing operational and admin support. You will be liaising with clients and other stakeholders, providing admin and operation support. Exceptional customerservice and expert assistance are what this role is all about.
Key responsibilities:
- Supporting clients with their quarries
- Arranging appointments and taking bookings
- Data entry into Zoho, Microsoft Office and other relevant software
- Filing of documents
- Complete weekly reports and attend any meetings.
- To be a positive, willing, and agile member of the team
- Writing meeting minutes and update
- Maintaining and updating incident reporting
- Handling complaints or any major incidents appropriately.
- Managing, maintaining, and protecting the company’s information database in both paper &electronic form.
- Assisting License Immigration Adviser with all the required paperwork
- Sending Invoices to clients and other stakeholders and tracking payments
- Any other duties as required including duties of receptionist
Qualification
Level 2/10+2 or equivalent qualification
Skills & experience required:
- Ideally have a similar role
- Have phone-based customer service experience.
- Knowledge of Microsoft systems.
- Be health and Safety focused.
- Can do attitude and willingness to go above and beyond for clients.
- Ability to think on your feet to solve problems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication
