- Manage the office by being the initial contact for inquiries screening, telephoning calls, providing an appropriate response
- Create reports, analyze and interpret data
- Assist the Manager to coordinated hiring, training, monitoring the performance of staff
- Help the Manager to Invoice clients and manage accounts payable
- Assist manager to monitor cost, budgets, and resources
- Developing an excellent and trust-based relationship with clients

**Skills or Requirements**
- Diploma in business or Management
- Microsoft office experience and computer skills
- Good verbal and written communication
- Good work History
