**About the role**

We are looking for a capable Resource Manager to join our growing Region within the Transport Services team. You will be responsible for successfully coordinating depot activities, labour and cadet mentoring, scheduling and coordinating management of specific plant and labour hire across the greater Hawke’s Bay. This will include depot management and depot maintenance.

This is not a role for the faint hearted so bring your organised and efficient time management skills and authentic leadership capability.

Bring your ability to be a team player combined with:

- Excellent written and oral communication skills and an ability to influence
- Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of maintenance and construction within the infrastructure sector
- A strong track record that clearly demonstrates leadership behaviours that empower others and mentoring abilities to development cadets
- Ultimately you will have strong planning and programming skills to ensure that resources are deployed and utilised to deliver best outcomes
