What will you do?

As a Document Controller in our Project Services Hub (PSH) team, you will ensure document management consistency across all projects and maintain control & traceability of the documentation from project initiation through to completion.

Based in Tāmaki Makaurau/Auckland, you will be a vital & integral part of our national PSH team, providing project support to the wider business and working across all disciplines within Aurecon.

_bring ideas to life:_- Implement and maintain document control processes and systems- Develop and maintain the Document Management System- Manage all document flow, whether it is physical or digital- Ensure all drawings/documents are correctly identified, distributed, and filed/stored- Liaise with project teams, suppliers, and relevant third parties to agree standards, efficient flow of documentation, handover, and close-out of project activity to ensure consistency in document control- Establish & maintain the Master Document register in cooperation with the wider team- Collate, produce, and submit QA (Quality Assurance) documentation for clients

What can you bring to the team?

Firstly, you will share our genuine passion for re-imaging engineering and be someone that actively pursues continuous learning to help shape the future. You will have worked in a similar role for several years and will bring an analytical mindset and the ability to innovate and solve problems. You are an expert at managing your own time and the time of others, setting priorities, planning, and organising. You are an intermediate to advanced user of Microsoft Office and have strong experience with the use of Information Management Systems such as ProjectWise, SharePoint, and Aconex.
