NZME offers outstanding multimedia marketing solutions across our Radio, Digital and Print platforms. Our Taupo office is hunting for a multimedia Sales Superstar. We’re looking for someone who wants to be part of our local team, offering marketing solutions to both local and national clients.

**THE OPPORTUNITY**:
This role is much more than just sales. As an Account Manager / Media Specialist you’re going to provide dynamic, audience driven, multimedia advertising solutions that utilise our full product range. You will also allow your creative side to help both local and national businesses reach their prospective customers.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- B2B Sales Opportunities: Grow business acquisition YoY to achieve projected sales targets, take advantage of new business development opportunities as they arise.
- Personal Growth & Development: Take responsibility for on-going learning and take advantage of all opportunities on offer, ensure thorough knowledge of NZME products and platforms, and increase knowledge of media landscape & NZ business markets.
- Self-Management: Know your business and provide reporting and forecasting as required, fully utilise CRM and comply with NZME business rules, be a self-starter who is consistently target driven and motivated to achieve.

**ABOUT YOU**:

- Expertise (at least 2-3 years’ experience) in Sales Performance and Business Development.
- Client focused with strong diagnostic skills.
- Able to use data and analytics to assist with solutions.
- An understanding of multimedia advertising options is not essential but the enthusiasm and capability to learn and confidence to deliver is a must.
- Team player, who contributes to team success.
- Effective communication skills and be adaptable with dealing with change.
