We are currently looking for an experienced Supply Chain Analyst to join our Supply Chain team. You will be work with the leaders to prioritise suggested changes to each business segment. This role will be responsible for using statistical methods to identify areas for operational improvement and make suggestions for streamlining processes.

**Key responsibilities and accountabilities of this role include, but are not limited to**:

- Undertaking daily, weekly and monthly reviews and analysing of current processes using operational metrics and reports.
- Monitoring and analysing operational objectives by studying business functions; gathering information; evaluating output requirements and formats.
- Developing and improving systems by studying current practices; designing modifications.
- Provide clear understanding of the financial and operational impact of any changes.
- Conduct insightful, ad hoc analyses to investigate ongoing or one-time operational issues.

**To be successful in this role, you will have the following skills, knowledge, and experience**:

- Previous working experience as a similar role for 2+ years, preferably in a complex manufacturing or food processing environment.
- Significant knowledge of Microsoft Office platform including Power BI.
- Understanding in Planning / Purchasing / Forecasting and Logistics.
- Understanding of S&OP processes.
- Knowledge and experience of ERP and WMS.
- Demonstrated experience in leading and developing teams to deliver business results.
- Analytical with the ability to plan and monitor performance effectively.
