**The Product**

eShepherd is Gallagher’s next-generation grazing management solution. This solar-powered, GPS-enabled livestock neckband enables farmers to create virtual fences anywhere on their property - unlocking new ways to monitor, move, and manage herds.

Combining real-time data and 24/7 visibility, eShepherd improves productivity, profitability, and animal health while helping producers meet sustainability and compliance goals. This is agri-tech innovation that is shaping the future of pasture-based farming.

**What This Role Offers**

This is a pivotal leadership role driving the global scale-up of eShepherd. As Head of Customer and Sales Scaling, you will lead the design and delivery of systems, processes, and teams that enable sustainable, profitable growth.

Your mission is to build a data-informed operating model that ensures excellence across every stage of the customer journey — from sales forecasting and onboarding to lifetime engagement and support. You’ll champion operational performance and unlock insights that drive continuous improvement and empower teams to exceed customer expectations.

**Your leadership will drive impact across these core areas**
- **Scaling Operations and Enablement**
Develop and implement scalable processes and infrastructure that underpin global growth. Adapt Gallagher’s systems to meet the evolving needs of a recurring revenue business.
- **Data-Driven Performance**
Lead forecasting, reporting, and analytics to inform strategic decisions and optimise system performance. Use data to surface insights, track success metrics, and enable proactive improvements.
- **Customer Success and Experience**
Drive strategies that enhance satisfaction, retention, and lifetime value. Ensure every customer touchpoint reflects a commitment to excellence and measurable impact.
- **Cross-Functional Collaboration**
Partner closely with product, sales, marketing, and regional teams to deliver a seamless, integrated customer journey. Align functions behind shared objectives and continuous learning.
- **Team Leadership and Culture**
Build and inspire high-performing teams who embrace innovation, accountability, and a customer-first mindset. Create an environment where ideas are valued and performance is celebrated.

**Who We’re Looking For**

You’re a strategic and operational leader with a strong track record of scaling high-growth or start-ups. You bring deep experience in operations, customer success or business scaling, preferably within agri-tech or technology-enabled services.

You thrive in complexity and are skilled at building trusted relationships across diverse teams and stakeholders. Your leadership style is empowering and grounded - you combine vision with discipline and have a natural ability to build trust across diverse teams and stakeholders.

You will bring:

- 10+ years’ experience in senior leadership roles, with proven success scaling operations and driving transformation
- Deep familiarity with recurring revenue models, customer success metrics (such as NRR, churn and CSAT) and data analytics to drive performance
- Strong communication skills and the ability to influence and engage across cultures and regions
- A proactive, data-driven approach to solving problems and improving customer outcomes
