Do you thrive in a dynamic environment where customer service, facilities management, and event coordination come together? We are looking for a proactive and professional Workplace Experience Coordinator to join our team at our Hamilton Head Office.

As the Workplace Experience Coordinator, you'll be the face of Rabobank, delivering outstanding front-of-house hospitality to both internal and external customers. You'll manage client-facing areas, coordinate events, and ensure our workplace facilities across the New Zealand office portfolio run smoothly and efficiently.

This full-time, office-based role works closely with the Workplace Manager and another Workplace Experience Coordinator to provide seamless support across all aspects of workplace operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide a warm, professional front-of-house experience for all visitors and staff.

  • Manage and maintain physical workplace environments.

  • Coordinate internal events and meetings, ensuring all logistics are handled with precision.

  • Support administrative operations and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure facilities meet business needs.
