Food and Beverage Supervisor

The Copthorne Solway Park, based in Masterton, is currently recruiting for a Supervisor that will assist the Food and Beverage Department in its day to day operations. The Supervisor will be responsible for leading operational shifts in both the restaurant and function areas. The Supervisor will be responsible for delegating, supervising, and managing staff payroll during their shifts. They will also be required to problem solve issues that arise and handle all guest inquiries or complaints during their shifts.

Leadership at the Copthorne Solway Park are hands on, and assist staff doing all the nitty gritty jobs in the department. As a Supervisor you must be able to reach financial targets, work under pressure, whilst responding to a range of different work situations.

Must be able to work all shifts which include: mornings (6am starts)/evenings (late finishes) and includes weekends and school holidays.
- Hours will be roughly 25-30 per week
- Applicants must have NZ Residency or a valid NZ work visa. Your work visa must be an open work visa and must have a minimum of 1 year left.
- Please note this position is based in Masterton in the Wairarapa.

Part-time hours: 30 per week
