Come and join the Orion Health team as a Senior Financial Performance Analyst and play a critical role in providing timely and insightful information to key leaders across our global business

Reporting to our Group Financial Controller and working very closely with the wider finance team, you will contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and decision-making processes.

**What will you be doing?**
- Undertaking month-end processes efficiently.
- Developing reporting templates for effective analysis.
- Providing management reports with insightful commentary.
- Acting as a finance business partner for senior stakeholders.
- Supporting budgeting, forecasting, and revenue recognition processes.
- Contributing to strategic decision-making through forward-looking financial information.
- Participating in and/or leading on new and exciting projects

**What will you bring?**
- **Experience**:You have at least four years experience in a similar business partnering role.
- **Skills**:You are renowned for your strong analytical skills with a key proficiency in financial data analysis and interpretation.
- **Characteristics**:You are someone that takes initiative, is proactive, loves problem-solving, and has exceptional communication skills.
- **Qualifications**:You hold a relevant degree in accounting, finance, or economics. If you are working towards a professional qualification (e.g. Chartered Accountant or CPA), even better
