Senior Analyst Strategy

The principal purpose of the** Senior Analyst Strategy and Performance** is to provide analytical support for the development and implementation of AT's corporate strategy, enterprise business plan and statement of intent.

This will include designing and preparing monthly and quarterly reports and providing insights on key performance measures and milestones, and to ensure quality insights and recommendations are provided for timely decision making to the AT Board, executive team and senior leaders. The role is part of the the Corporate Strategy & Business Planning team,.

The role will work collaboratively with other strategic and financial reporting functions across all directorates in AT. The secondary purpose of the role is to support other strategy and business transformation initiatives across AT.

**Te Whiwhinga mahi - The Opportunity**
- Develop and maintain enterprise performance reporting with ability to constantly keep up with the fast-changing business needs.
- Monitor key performance measures in the SOI, corporate strategy and enterprise business plan.
- Analysing performance of AT's corporate strategy accelerators and priority initiatives across multiple dimensions including time, cost, quality, scope, milestones, benefits and risks, from both a qualitative and quantitative perspective.
- Provide actionable insights which enable improvements in organisational performance.
- Provide robust qualitative insights, advice and support to the relevant Steering Groups, Investment Committee, ELT and Board, highlighting key issues, risks and decisions.
- Collaboratively and constructively engage with internal and external stakeholders. 7. Engage with analysts across AT around the design and build of dashboards to ensure they are fit for purpose and well maintained.

**Ko koe tēnei | About you**
- At least 8 years' experience in a large strategy and transformation programme in a large corporate or public sector organisation.
- Advanced Portfolio and Project Management systems experience, and enterprise PPM systems experience.
- Excellent verbal and written presentation skills, and the ability to present complex business information in a user-friendly way.
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Management, Statistics or a related field or similar qualification
