**About the Role**:
Working frontline on the Customer Service Desk, we’re on the hunt for a **Customer Service Champion** who’s ready to make every interaction a great one. Whether it’s solving problems, sharing product knowledge, or just offering a friendly smile, you’ll be the person customers remember - for all the right reasons.

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Working on the Customer Service Desk, serving customers with a positive, can-do attitude
- Solving issues with speed and a smile
- Creating smooth, stress-free shopping experiences
- Working as part of a supportive, high-energy team
- Helping turn “I have no idea what I’m doing” into “Wow, that was easy”

**About You**:
We’re looking for someone who’s:
Passionate about people and creating great experiences
A confident communicator with a natural flair for service
Calm under pressure and quick on their feet
Reliable, positive, and thrives in a busy environment
Keen to learn, grow, and be part of a great team
Retail or customer-facing experience in a similar Customer Service Desk environment is a bonus.
