We have an exciting opportunity for a switched on Team Leader to provide effective leadership to our team of refurbishment technicians at our workshop, based near the Auckland Airport. This is a key role within the internal operation and requires an individual who is driven by achieving the highest level of operational performance and meeting key objectives whilst promoting an open and supportive team environment. There is also a focus on process improvement and quality control to ensure the best optimisation of our resources.

**About the Role**
- Foster and promote a safe and healthy work environment
- Lead, motivate and develop a team of technicians fostering a culture of performance excellence
- Monitor technician productivity
- Ensure your team have the appropriate skills, tools, and resources to reach their potential
- Plan and schedule work for the team to ensure efficient and effective use of resources
- Identify and implement process improvement
