- Monday-Friday - 8:30am-5pm - no weekends or late nights

**You will**:

- Be the first point of contact - seamlessly deal with any queries
- Communicate warmly with customers to build trust and strong relationships
- Support the provision specialists
- Show your customer service skills, end-to-end delivery of customer orders
- Complete and process documentation

**We would love to hear from you if..**

You have previous experience in a busy customer service role
- OR_

Have worked in telco (office or retail) and looking for that next growth and progression step
- AND_
