Āu Mahi | What You Will Do

As Campus Information Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting Facilities Management by maintaining accurate records of UC sites, buildings, and associated services. You will oversee CAD/BIM/GIS data, coordinate updates, and ensure documentation is accessible and compliant. Your responsibilities will include:

• Administering and updating CAD/BIM/GIS data and publishing accurate drawings to the intranet.
• Maintain technical documentation and providing access to key stakeholders.
• Supporting audits and producing reports such as TEFMA building space reports.
• Coordinating project administration tasks and assisting with strategic initiatives.

Mōu | Who You Are

You will be an experienced administrator with at least 4 years' preferably in construction, engineering, or a large organisation, and hold a Diploma in Design Technology (CAD) or similar experience/education. You will also have:

• Competency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit).
• Strong Microsoft Office skills and database management experience.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

You will work within the Facilities Management team, reporting to the Strategic Space Manager and supporting the Assistant Director FM – Property and Campus Services.
