position)
This busy role provides day-to-day coordination and
organisation of administrative functions for RMOs, working collaboratively with
the RMO unit and team lead to provide a district-wide service.
You will be responsible for building RMO rosters and
looking after RMO requests for training, accommodation, travel and annual
leave. In collaboration with the RMO team leader you will develop the RMO
orientation programme and road shows, liaise with Intern Supervisors and assist
in record management, meetings and reporting.
Permanent part-time position (0.5 FTE / 20 hours per
week). The hours for this role are Monday to Friday 8.30am to 12.30pm.
The starting
salary for this position is $67,932 (pro rata i.e. based on a 40 hour working
week).

This is a busy people-focussed role so you will have
strong relationship management and organisational skills. Because this role is
varied and multi-faceted you will be comfortable juggling a number of different
tasks. Knowledge of the health sector, the hospital environment or recruitment
and HR processes will help you succeed.
This role requires you to exercise initiative and
judgement in make decisions within the scope of assigned authority.
Te Whatu Ora
staff must have completed their primary course of two NZ approved COVID-19
vaccinations as they have direct contact with patients and members of the
public.
