**Te whiwhinga mahi | The Opportunity**

Join our newly established Resident Doctors Support Service (RDSS) team where you will have the opportunity to make a difference to the future medical workforce of Health NZ - our Resident Medical Officers.

Our small national team is supported with a strong network of local RMO units who deliver support services to the Resident Medical Officers in our health system.
Join us during an exciting phase where we will be working collectively on initiatives and programmes to transform and continually improve the experience for RMOs and enhance their wellbeing and support them to continue to provide optimal care to our whanau and communities.
