From talent acquisition, people advisory, organisational development to employee services, digital experience, and workplace experience, we ensure your ride with MYOB is an exceptional one. **What you'll do**: - You'll be offering first-level technical support to our broader team, handling incoming help requests through various platforms such as Zendesk Support, Zendesk Messaging, Slack, and Halp. Your responsibilities will include promptly addressing and documenting inquiries, as well as tracking technical issues. You'll work closely with our internal IT teams to ensure successful outcomes. Your primary tasks will involve responding to queries. You'll also contribute to the creation of content and upkeep of documentation for our support processes. A key part of your role will be to enhance our self-service capabilities and strive to improve response times for our team." **What we are looking for**: - Someone with a passion for learning technology and providing outstanding customer service. - Good communication skills both written and spoken. - Prior experience on CRM tools, Zendesk preferred. - Strong prior experience in a technical support or similar role. **Our Culture & Benefits** - Our values have stood the test of time.
