Our client is a National powerhouse, who are delivering exciting internal projects across their enterprise.

This is a long-term permanent role for a highly driven SAP HCM / Workforce Management Consultant to work within a SAP support team.

As a key member of our HCM team you will play a significant role in both the rollout and support of our client’s HCM, Payroll and Workforce Management solution to ensure it is successfully deployed.

The rollout will take place over the next 2 years and encompasses payroll, employee central, SuccessFactors and rostering and time and attendance.

A key part of your focus will be doing the associated data migrations and providing BAU support to the business.

In this role there is also an opportunity to improve on and optimize what has been developed to date for this purpose.

**What we are looking for**

You will have experience as a functional analyst / consultant or business analyst, doing both project and business support. You will have a good understanding of the current IT systems environment and systems integration as well as the systems/software development lifecycle, systems design and database concepts. You will also have excellent customer and problem-solving skills.
- Relevant tertiary qualification (such as Information Technology, Business, or Human Resources)
- Minimum 3 years experience supporting SAP HCM or SuccessFactors.
- An interest in working with data at a technical as well as functional level
- Skilled in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel & SQL
- Enjoy being part of a team working together to achieve project deadlines.
- Attention to detail and the desire to produce the highest quality results
- A self-starter with positive work habits and the ability to work independently
